As we reopen, we will be implementing several criteria in the interest of public health, being sure to observe the recommended Covid Safe Practices set forth by state and federal governing agencies. 

  • We are seeing guests by appointment only; we cannot accept walk-in's.

  • We are not stagger booking or double booking -- appointments will be one-on-one with your artist.

  • We will not provide service for anyone who is sick or appears to be sick.  

  • We are limiting our occupancy to the recommended 25% maximum capacity (based on downstairs square footage only), which means fewer than 18 individuals may be inside the salon at one time. We expect to generally have fewer than 10 most of the time, including employees/contractors. 

  • We are using a safe, EPA-approved cleaner (NaoClean) for all surfaces and tools which is also appropriate for use on skin, which disinfects inside a 30-second contact time. It is stationed in every area of the salon, available for clients to use as well.

  • Barbicide (also EPA-approved), recommended for 10 minute diluted soak of all soiled implements will be changed at least once daily as per state board requirements. 

  • Service providers will wear face masks when working with guests and can provide you with a disposable mask if you don't bring your own.

  • All stylists' stations are situated at least 6 feet apart.

  • The salon is supplied with enough shampoo and color capes to allow each guest a clean covering, and stylists will change out aprons between services also.

  • All garbage, linens and soiled implements containers will have covers in place at all times and will be as touch-free as possible.

  • Paper products will be stored in a cabinet outside the bathroom rather than inside the bathroom on open shelving

  • Shampoo backbar, coloring and styling products will be wiped down with NaoClean after each use.

  • A minimum of 15 minutes between guests will be required in order for each artist to properly disinfect her station's surfaces and tools, dispose of dirty linens and wash her hands thoroughly.

  • Our self-serve amenities bar will be removed for the time being, but coffee, tea, water and snacks are available upon request.

 

Your health, safety, and hair are of our utmost concern. We ask that if you are not feeling well or have ANY signs of fever, cough, sore throat, etc. that you would reschedule your appointment.

**Not all services are available during open hours. Individual artists have freedom to determine the times they are available for services and which services they are willing to offer, according to their specialties and respective target markets.

**Additionally, holidays, classes, team meetings and other occasions will alter open hours from time to time. We always recommend appointments be scheduled to ensure your preferred day and time.
